Star Bank has just completed a huge technology upgrade, which entailed installing a new core technology solution and next-generation digital banking services. We enabled ENACOMM’s intelligent interactive voice response (IVR) solution. The Voice Banking system is easy to use, and we’re confident that the added convenience will meet the evolving needs of our valued customers.

We know that telephone banking continues to be a crucial part of customer self-service. That's why Voice Banking from Star Bank is speech and touch-tone enabled. Using personalized menus and improved prompting, Star Bank’s modern offering is designed to provide a seamless, secure customer experience that will make it quick and easy to access your account information and conduct transactions, time and time again.

With Star Bank’s Voice Banking, you can expect to be greeted along these lines: “Hello <YOUR NAME>. Welcome back. The last time you called, you asked for your checking balance. Would you like to hear that now?” And if you don’t have a CD, for example, the CD menu prompts will not play. We think you’ll find the customized menu navigation refreshing.
