Text Banking

Did you know you can text your account and it will text you back?


Signing up for Text Banking
In Online Banking hover over the Text Banking tab then select  "Sign Up"
Once you've subscribed, you can start texting!
Using Text Banking
Send one of the text prompts below to 44660

Prompt Description
sum Receive summary information for all enabled accounts
bal Receive balances for enabled accounts
msg Text message directly to designated bank contact
sum ck1 Receive summary information for account ck1 (ck1 can be replaced with your friendly name)
bal sv2 Receive balance information for account sv2 (sv2 can be replaced with your friendly name)
help Get help with Text Banking
 
Supported Carriers
AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Nextel, Alltel, Dobson, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, and Boost

Important Information about Text Banking
  • You must register through Online Banking before this feature is enabled on your Mobile App
  • You may be charged fees from your mobile carrier depending on your service plan - check with your mobile carrier for details
  • You can cancel (unsubscribe) text banking at any time: text the word stop to 44660
  • All subscriptions renew automatically until canceled
