2. If you require debit card assistance, please email DebitCards@starbank.net. Do NOT fill out the below form; you will not receive a response that way. Emails will be answered Monday-Friday during regular business hours.
3. Do you have a general question about Star Bank? Simply fill out the "Non-Account Questions Form" below and we will be in touch with during regular business hours You can also click the "Apply Online" link above if there is a certain product you are interested in.
4. Customers of Star Bank have the ability to check their balances or make transfers using an automated bank-by-phone service. Please call your local Star Bank office during business hours and ask to speak with the voice banking "expert" if you would like to use this new service. He/she will help you get signed up! NOTE: When you first try to use this service, there will be some enrollment steps. First ask the expert at the bank to explain the steps to you or give you the 'cheat sheet'. Then you can begin using the service by dialing (855) 439-6553.
