Dates to Remember:
New Debit, HSA and ATM Card(s) were sent to you approximately March 13, 2017 if you currently have a Card(s) with us. The new Card(s) were able to be used as of March 20. The Card(s) were sent separate from your new PIN number, in the case of Debit and ATM Cards. Please be sure to activate your new Card using the instructions you received by mail.
