Farm Service Agency (FSA) Loans: Star Bank is a certified lender for the FSA Guaranteed Loan Program. Work directly with us to obtain loans through an FSA guaranty program, designed to help farmers with limited financial strength and cash flow. Borrowers may also qualify for interest assistance, in which FSA provides an interest subsidy for up to 5 years. We also offer real estate loans through an FSA participation program, designed to help borrowers with limited down payment funds.
